hold weekly official chat sessions at 9:30pm GMT
(4:30pm EST) on Fridays, usually lasting a couple
of hours, so come along if you can make it.
You're free to hold your own chat sessions at any
other time provided you don't do anything bad.

you have and IRC client
Set the chat server to damaged.net
Join the channel #gbacentral
Umm... Just enjoy
yourself, I suppose.
